This interview with Dick Armey is really good. He gets straight dissed by Chris Matthews.
In other news, thanks to everyone who came out to see me on Thursday. It was great to have a cheering section there (and thanks to the kids, too, for listening - that was cool).
Also, thanks to Brandy for the money and stuff. That was way cool. Yr a good friend.
Anyway, everyone should go the the FAKE Standfast site and tell them how dumb they are for stealing the REAL Standfast's name.
Social scientific inquiry into liberation theory, scientific socialism and critical theory perspectives on contemporary culture.

Quote:
"Hell fire produces torment and torture. It's a place where sinners will scream and suffer for eternity. If someone has told you different they are wrong. If your church may have told you there's another place bsides heaven or hell, your church is in error."

Poem:
*This Place Doesn't Deserve You*
Infinite lines of ones and zeros crawl past my eyes and I stare and translate the data into emotion
A database of sadness stored inside the trench in a battle in the revolution
And I think she's just like the other one
Because it's true that most teen aged girls have neonazi tendencies
A blunt stick hits the cranium
Black out
I saw an angel in y dream
But when I woke up she was gone
And I'm afraid
I'm so scared
Town crier:
Dogbelly Blues; Ed Schelb, poet and Dennis Monroe, musician. 7:30. Java Junction. Brockport. Tonite.
Tomorrow. HasTheBoyFallen. Open mic night. 8:00. Same place.

Well, I saw the Casket Lottery in Medina on Friday. That was way fun, even though Medina is a crappy town. I met Benji there for the first time in person after corresponding over e-mail for a while. His band Goodbye Compassion played. They surprised me with how good they are.
My parents' 25th anniversary party was saturday. It was supposed to be a surprise, but my brother and I messed up the time so we ended up showing up an hour early. Oops! They were still surprised that my dad's parents from PA were there.
Well, in future news...
Wednesday Dennis Monroe is playing with cowboy poet Ed Schelb at Java Junction in Brockport this Wednesday at 7:30 as part of Brockport's Writers' Forum.
Then; Thursday I'm playing at Java Junction for open mic night. It starts at 8 and I'll probably play early so be there promptly.
